Text Messaging (SMS) Consent

To protect consumers, U.S. phone carriers have implemented a new regulation called “10DLC TCR” that requires businesses to get consent from their clients, customers and/or partners before sending them text messages (SMS).

Please designate one authorized person that represents your company to specify if your company, including all company employees, consent (opt-in) or do NOT consent (opt-out) to receiving text messages from our company (CyberPay, Inc.) by filling out the form below and clicking the “Submit Form” button at the bottom of the form. To clarify, only one person from each company should fill out and submit the form below.

To be clear, consenting to receiving text messages from our company (CyberPay, Inc.) is separate from consenting to receiving text messages from CPO Phoenix / ESS, which is our company’s online payroll platform. By providing your phone number and selecting / opting in to receive text messages via CPO Phoenix / ESS you are automatically consenting to receiving text messages from CPO Phoenix / ESS.

Regarding conversing with our company (CyberPay, Inc.) via text message (SMS), there are certain keywords that can be sent via text message to opt-in and opt-out of text messaging and request help. For example, if you would like to opt-in (consent to start receiving text messages) you can text either START or SUBSCRIBE. If you would like to opt-out (consent to stop receiving text messages) you can text STOP. If you consent to requesting help you can text HELP.

If you have any questions and/or concerns, please reach out to CyberPay, Inc. either via email: info@cyberpay.com or by phone: (877) 423-2782 (toll-free).
